Qigong (pronounced chee-kung) is a Chinese holistic exercise program.  It uses the mind, gentle movement and breathing techniques to stimulate the body toward good health.

Qigong is not physically demanding.  If you can stand and breathe, you can benefit from its practice.

Professor Tianyou Hao introduced Qigong, the Inner Dan Arts, to the United States in 1988.  Since then over 5,000 students have begun to practice this Chinese form.  Professor Hao is a respected Qigong master from Beijing, China and Frankie Hart has been fortunate to study closely with him since 1992.  She has been certified to teach his Inner Dan Arts program since 1997. Longtime friend Gregory Hicks joins Frankie in teaching Qigong at Satya Life. Gregory earned his certification in 2001, after years of study with Master Hao. Qigong brings to us mind/body techniques to improve our health, prevent disease and generate vitality.

Join Frankie Hart & Gregory Hicks in studying this 3,000 year old spiritual practice for health and longevity.  Using this ancient body-mind system of movement and meditation, you will learn how to channel the body’s qi (chi) with both standing and sitting forms.
