Join Frankie Hart for this very special event. Experience side by side the mind/body practices of Yoga and Tai Chi.
Explore breath, energy, and movement through the eight limbs of yoga and the 24 Forms of Tai Chi. Cultivate your body’s life force energy (Qi or Chi in Tai Chi or Prana in Yoga). Discover the inner quietness of moving meditation. Deepen your understanding of the breath. Inspire your body with movement challenges that consciously strengthen and stretch you physically and mentally. Seek balance in all forms or asanas.
Everyone is welcome. Students of Yoga can be new to Tai Chi. Students of Tai Chi can be new to Yoga. This is a wonderful place to begin even if this is all new to you!
