Yoga Basics

If you are new to yoga or have been away from the practice for a while, this is the class for you. Yoga Basics will introduce various asanas, or postures, the use of the breath, basic use of props and will cover the benefits of yoga such as balance, strength and flexibility. Yoga Basics is open to all levels of practitioners.
